| लाभार्थी हरियाणा राज्य का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए
इस योजना का लाभ हरियाणा राज्य के निवासी ही उठा सकते है इस योजना के तहत उन ही बच्चो को लाभ मिलेगा जो सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ़ रहे है और जो 10 वी से 12 वी कक्षा के छात्रों को पात्र माना जायेगा

• इसका मुख्य उदेश्य सरकारी स्कूल में पढ़ रहे बच्चे जो आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर है और वंचित वर्ग से है और जो स्मार्ट फ़ोन टेबलेट खरीदने में सक्षम नही है उन को इस योजना का लाभ दिया जायेगा • इस योजना के माध्यम से सरकारी स्कूल में पढ़ रहे बच्चे घर बैठे इस टेबलेट के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन शिक्षा प्राप्त कर सकेगे • इस योजना के माध्यम से विधार्थी डिजिटल शिक्षा का लाभ उठा पायेगे • जो छात्र कोरोना की मह्मारी के कारण डिजिटल शिक्षा से वंचित रह गए थे उन छात्रों को इस योजना का लाभ मिल पायेगा |
